Asked Borzillo to estimate an important renovation job. He asked for a few weeks to work up numbers and then blew me off. I called a few times and he would not return calls. Borzillo is not a professional company. They are a typical builder who cannot be trusted to do the simplest things, much less build a 750K home. If you can't handle the small stuff, you can't handle the big. You have been warned about Borzillo. Find another builder who is competent and treats people with respect.
