Master Clean is a complete commercial janitorial service company
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our hiring and job implementation has no peer. Examples: We hire no one under the age of 35, must have a minimum of three years janitorial experience, be able to verify past job employment, clean background check and no history of drugs, are gven two different types of test, etc. We hire about 1 in 50 applicants, and our yearly turnover rate is an unheard of 1 or, in an off year, 2 people.
