How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My love for dogs, and my uncanny ability to communicate with them. Lifetime dog owner of multiple breeds, training for beginning, advanced, Canine Good Citizen, and Therapy Pet for license to visit hospitals and nursing homes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The dogs live here in our home with us as part of our family. They stay and play with our dogs as well as other guests. We have an indoor swimming pool for fun and exercise. We have a wrap around fenced yard with locked gates and an electronic doggie door to let them have access to the fenced in yard 24 hours a day.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location with a second "drop-off" location for convenience. This is also used for a second "home" when we are at capacity. UPDATE: We have purchased 3 acres In Arnold, MO and are in the process of getting that location up and running. We will no longer operate in Valmeyer once we get moved to this new facility. It is located right off of I-55/141 right behind the Arnold Commons (Lowes, Dierberg's, etc.).

Heading South on I-55 you exit at the Arnold/141 exit and go right on 141. Get over to the left hand lanes to make a left at the first light which is Old Lemay Ferry. You need to be in the "right" lane of the 2 left turn lanes. Continue through the two stop lights. Once you go through the 2nd light we are the 2nd house on the right as you go down the hill on Old Lemay Ferry (which is listed in some GPS maps as 1757 Big Bill Road, but the signs all say Old Lemay Ferry). I can always be reached by cell at 314-440-1804

We have clients from as far out as Pacific, Missouri, we also have clients from the Missouri cities of Hillsboro, Imperial, Arnold, Barnhart, Clayton, and St. Louis City & County. In Illinois, the cities of Belleville, Waterloo, Columbia, Dupo, Fairview Heights, Red Bud, Milstadt, and Valmeyer among many others.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
myself and my husband, Jeff & Laura Broadway
What are your hours of operation?
We allow pick ups and drop offs from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m., we are here 24 hours/day, 7 days/week when we have guests. They are NEVER left alone. We won't hold your babies hostage, we know you want them home with you when you get home and we strive to make that happen for you.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
There have been a couple of the families that come here that have told us "We have family here that could watch the dogs, but we would rather bring them here to stay with you. We know they will get lots of love and they have so much fun, we wouldn't want them anywhere else!". Now that is saying a lot. Instead of staying with family for free, they would rather pay to have them stay with us. Awesome!
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
My favorite quote period is a way of life quote "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU". If we ALL lived our lives this way what a wonderful world this would be!
