These comfortable facilities are joined by hundreds of acres of rarely traveled Mark Twain National Forest, and are a short drive from the Huzzah River and Courtois Creek.
If camping is your style, you will be thrilled to learn about our Courtois Cabana campground. This private riverfront acre, on the crystal clear Courtois Creek, has a 200 foot gravel bar, shady campsites and convenient amenities.
Our cabins and campground are located just 3 miles from each other, providing a unique rental combination for large groups. With accommodations for 1 to 45, and countless recreation activities on-site and nearby, ArdPark is a spectacular venue for your family vacation or reunion, weekend getaway, special occasion celebration, or escaping life for a while.
Our facilities are easily accessible, off leash pet friendly, and only 90 minutes from downtown St. Louis, Missouri. There just isn't another place quite like ArdPark.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are long time outdoor lovers who spent many years camping frequently in Steelville and the surrounding areas. Significant ties to rural Missouri are in both of our upbringings. Tim is an avid hunter and target shooting enthusiast. Cindy shares Tim's passion for target shooting and, most times, would rather be lost in the woods than found at home. For the past 14 years, we have lived part-time in our Steelville weekend cabin on 40 acres. When we were blessed with the opportunity to acquire additional, adjoining acreage we decided to open it for sharing with the public. Thus, ArdPark was born!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
ArdPark is truly a one-of-a-kind venue. We offer you 2 FULLY FURNISHED house trailer cabins. Guests are provided everything from shampoo/conditioner to coffee/condiments. Campground guests are provided some convenient on-site amenities too. Our guests enjoy significant privacy, spotless accommodations, a personal touch and unprecedented freedoms. Another big differentiation is your dogs are welcome and they DO NOT HAVE TO BE LEASHED. :-)
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
ArdPark's cabins are located 3 miles from its campground, so essentially there are 2 locations. We do hope to expand in the years to come. About 2 years ago we were blessed again when we found and were able to acquire an additional 97 acres for expansion purposes.

Emails and phone calls are normally returned within 24 hours. Cabins are open yearly from May 1 to November 30. Campground is available year round except holiday weekends.
