How long have you been in business?
We have been serving the STL area since April 2004
What is your primary product or service?
Excellent customer service. Transporting vehicles and equipment. Roadside assistance for jumpstarts, flat tire, winching, lock-out services, gas delivery, Vehicle delivery. Key pick up* can be arranged as well as appointments.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Being in the auto industry since the 1980's we expanded into offering towing to anywhere you would like to take ypur car.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We really do try to excel in customer service with up to date communications, text and emails. We can bill your insurance company direct if your agent calls us.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located right off highway 40 and Long Road
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit, debit cards, check (with ID) and cash
Which areas do you service?
The entire STL city, county areas and St Charles counties as well. Call us - most likely we can help you.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We love repeat customers and take good care of them!
