We have been in business for two years.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in Carpet Cleaning using only environmentally safe products. We use a Prochem truck mount for carpet and the spinner hard surface cleaner for tile and grout - only top-of-the-line equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have over 10 years experience in the carpet cleaning business. If I can't get the stain out, nobody can.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
You pay what we quote. In other words, we do not push our products on our customers. No extra charges; no hidden fees.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We do have plans to expand in the next couple of years.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards
Which areas do you service?
We service the St. Louis Metropolitan area, including St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and Southern Illinois
