How long have you been in business?
9 months.
What is your primary product or service?
Office Cleaning. We also have commercial equipment (Floor Sweeper) to clean large warehouses.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Over the years I worked in the evenings to bring in extra income to help supplement my income and when I heard that I might be losing my job I decided to start this business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My company is family owned, therefore my children and their extended families along with my grandchildren are the ones who clean the offices for our customers. Because we are family we can offer honesty, dedication and quality that other companies may not be able to offer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have two active contracts and a contract that is pending waiting on the owner to get back with comments on my bid proposal. I most definitely plan to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I have a home office located in Maryland Heights, Mo and a storage facility for all of my equipment also located in the Maryland Heights area.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks using Net 30 procedure.
Which areas do you service?
The companies that I have now are located in Maryland Heights and St. Louis City. I am available for all of Maryland Heights, Bridgeton, St. Ann, Creve Coeur, North St. Louis, Earth City area, St. Charles and Clayton area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the Owner (Annie McKay), my husband takes care of the supplies and deliveries, and my Sons runs the daily operations to include marketing and advertising and operations manager. My daughter does all of the administrative duties.
What are your hours of operation?
During the day starting at 9am and evenings starting at 6pm
