took clock parts in Feb, called March, no returned call, called again today still not repaired, ticket reads repaired would be one to two weeks. that's not what ticks us off the most its customer service, gal called MARIANNE , SHOULD NOT BE WORKING ANYWHERE WHERE THERE IS PEOPLE!!!! NO CUSTOMER REALATIONS AT ALL! TALKED WITH THE OWNER AND WHAT IS WORST SHE MAKES EXCUSES FOR HER!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
