How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Chiropractic specializing in sports rehab, massage therapy, nutrition, acupuncture, posture, exercise prescription.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is in physical therapy and I'm very involved in fitness. I also enjoy searching for and diagnosing the cause of an issue, not just treating the symptom. Chiropractic was the best specialty for me to incorporate all my talents and interests.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My main goal was never to be a business woman, I just wanted to make a difference in peoples health. This is apparent with the amount of time and attention my patients recieve and how they are treated overall in my office by all staff.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location with no plans to expand. I want this office to be the best and not to lose focus on that.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are at 270 and Olive Blvd. at the intersection on 270 and Tempo Dr. in the Tempo Medical building. Just a couple stop lights west from 270. You'll see the brick building on the Northwest corner of the intersection across the street from TGI Fridays restaurant.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are insurance providers for all insurance companies except Cigna and Medicaid. Payment options include cash, check, and charge. If you don't have insurance our fees are very affordable.
Which areas do you service?
We have patients coming from Illinois. We are located in St. Louis County. We are worth the drive from any area and have the convenience of a bus stop right across the street for those without transportation.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I, Gina Scognamiglio, am the president and owner. I have built this practice on my own from the ground up. I work closely with the daily operations and rely on the support of my staff.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm. Saturday by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That I have changed a patients outlook on health and overall well being and provided motivation through education.
