How long have you been in business?
My wife and I started Helfer's Pastries in August, 1977.
What is your primary product or service?
Full line old fashion rertail bakery and Deli serving soups, sandwiches, and salads.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was working part time in a bakery while going to college and thought I could do a better job of running a bakery than my boss was doing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are dedicated to a high standard of quality and service. We are not the cheapest, but we are the best!!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have had multiple locations in the past but feel we can best serve our customers with just one location that we are on premises all the time.

We are located in north St Louis County two miles north of Interstate 270 on Hanley / St. Ferdinand St.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard
Which areas do you service?
All of the Metro St. Louis area

My wife Kathy, and myself Chris, own and operate Helfer's Pastries.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 6:30pm Saturday 6:00am - 6:00pm Sunday closed
