We have been in business for nearly 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide premier IT talent and project solutions for cilents of all industries and size.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My husband, Greg Nichols, and I are the founders of Technology Partners, and we started this company because of Greg's extensive software development background and my experience in business and sales. We felt like there was more we could be doing for people than just our own unique jobs, and decided to start a company designed to help other IT professionals find the jobs they were looking for as well as help our clients fill their project needs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Technology Partners has an honest approach and transparent business model, where we disclose our flat margins to all consultants and clients so they know exactly what they will be paying for any of our hires. In our Solutions Group practice, we operate similarly, with complete transparency in the entire project from start to finish. This is accomplished by letting our clients log in to our project portal at any given time and see the status of their projects, and by giving them full discretion to ask any questions of us throughout the process.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our headquarter location in St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield), and a Dallas Regional Office as well. We have plans to expand to at least 2 other metros in the near future.
