This is the worst job I’ve ever had. There was no clear direction on tasks. I would think I was doing something right only to get yelled at after for doing something wrong. I never had a good grasp on the roles of my job because of the terrible training. The manger was only interested in gossiping with other coworkers instead of helping me succeed. DO NOT WORK HERE.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a very hands on company where the owner and key principals have first line knowledge and involvement with all of our customers. When you hire most other companies, you never get the owner or key principals involved in your property. With BPC you get the owner and key principals at any time handling and responding to you and your property's needs. Our reporting is the best in the industry and our knowledge of all aspects of the real estate business in unmatched in the market.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We manage approximately 35 different properties in the St. Louis and Midwest area of the country. We are always looking to manage property and help owners solve their real estate problems within the Midwest region of the country.

I-64 West of I-270 to Clarkson Road. South on Clarkson approximately 3 miles to past Clayton Road. Our office is just through the intersection on the West side of Clarkson Road just South of the St. Louis County Library.
